FOR KIDS
Look out for selected BX1 Bring a Friend weeks during the school term. Junior members can invite a first-time guest to a suitable age-appropriate class, subject to availability.
A parent or guardian must register the guest in advance and complete all required forms before attending.
FOR ADULTS
We will also run selected BX1 Bring a Mate sessions across suitable beginner-friendly classes during the year.
HOW THE GUEST PASS WORKS

- Guest places are limited and must be booked in advance.
- A complimentary Bring a Friend visit counts as the guest's introductory BX1 experience.
- Regular new-client trial offers do not apply after a complimentary guest visit.
- If the guest joins an eligible membership and remains active and financial for 30 days, the referring member earns the $50 BX1 Reward Credit.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY $50 REFERRAL REWARD?
After the person you referred joins an eligible ongoing BX1 membership and has remained active and financial for their first 30 days.
DOES MY FRIEND HAVE TO BUY A TRIAL?
No. A first-time guest can either use an eligible BX1 paid new-client trial offer or attend a nominated complimentary Bring a Friend session. They cannot use both introductory offers.
CAN I REFER MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
Yes. Each qualifying new member referral earns another $50 BX1 Reward Credit.
WHAT CAN I USE MY REWARD CREDIT FOR?
Eligible uses can include Personal Training packs, selected boxing and training equipment, karate uniforms, BX1 merchandise, and selected workshops or member experiences. Reward Credit cannot be used towards ongoing membership fees.
HOW DOES BX1 KNOW I REFERRED THEM?
Your friend must give us your full name when making their first booking or at their first visit so we can record the referral before they join.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH A JUNIOR MEMBER REFERRAL?
Junior members can refer friends too. If the referral qualifies, the Reward Credit is issued to the parent or guardian account responsible for the junior membership.
CAN SOMEONE USE A FREE GUEST VISIT AND THEN BUY A TRIAL?
No. One introductory experience applies per new client. If someone attends a complimentary Bring a Friend session, that is their BX1 introductory visit. If they want to continue, they can move into an eligible membership.
THE DETAILS
REFERRAL TERMS
- Referral rewards apply to first-time BX1 clients who join an eligible recurring or prepaid ongoing membership and remain active and financial for at least 30 days.
- Trials, casual visits, complimentary guest visits, short-term promotional offers, class packs and Personal Training-only purchases do not by themselves qualify as an ongoing membership for the referral reward.
- The referring member must be identified when the new client first books or visits BX1 and before the new client joins. Referral rewards cannot be claimed retrospectively.
- Only one referring member may be nominated for each new member.
- The referring member must hold an active BX1 membership when the reward becomes due.
- Each qualifying referral earns $50 BX1 Reward Credit. For junior members, the credit is issued to the parent or guardian account responsible for the membership.
- BX1 Reward Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be used towards ongoing membership fees.
- Eligible products, services, events and redemption conditions may change from time to time. Any expiry or specific redemption condition will be advised when the Reward Credit is issued.
- Bring a Friend visits are available only during nominated BX1 events or sessions, are subject to class suitability and availability, and are for first-time BX1 guests only.
- A complimentary Bring a Friend visit counts as the guest's introductory BX1 experience. Regular new-client trial offers are not available after a complimentary guest visit.
- BX1 may vary, pause or end the Member Rewards program or promotional offers from time to time. Rewards already validly earned before a change will remain available subject to the conditions advised when issued.
